The URRWMO has a cooperative agreement with the Anoka Conservation District each year to conduct water resources monitoring. This monitoring is aimed at tracking the conditions in lakes and streams, detecting problems before they become severe, and diagnosing the cause of any problems so the most effective corrective measures can be put in place. Generally, even when there are no problems, the monitoring data helps us better understand each of our water ecosystems so that we can manage them properly.
The monitoring tasks have included: Lake Level Monitoring, Lake Water Quality Monitoring, Stream Water Quality Monitoring
